Žydrunas has 12 years experience in IT field including 6 years experience in leading different teams with different processes and practices. Tried himself in variety of roles – developer, team/tech. leader, scrum master, unit leader. Got lots of priceless lessons while worked using WaTerFall and JFDI. Earned good skills to manage risky projects and build great products. Proud to have strong knowledge in scrum framework and kanban with lean principles. Interested in lean and building network organizations.
Danil: “People first” they say. I say you need to actually experience exactly what and how the people are doing, what challenges they face on the daily basis and only then you can adopt this mindset. My path lies through hands-on experience in development, tests and deployment automation, requirements gathering, guiding teams as a Scrum Master, leading multiple Agile teams in multiple countries as a manager. This helps me to handle the expectations of different people and come up with a “people first” oriented approach to challenges IT companies are facing on a daily basis.
